　　一、 概述
本说明书适用于-LDY型-冶金电动单梁起重机-的安装、使用和维护，供安装、操作和维修人员使用。
1.主要用途
LDY-型冶金电动单梁起重机 （以下简称起重机） 是按 JB/T1306-2008 标准且符合质检办特［375］号文件设计的与 YHII 型电动葫芦配套使用的空间运输工具，主要作用是以间歇、周期的工作方式，通过起重吊钩或其它取物装置及时、迅速地完成冶金生产过程中所需起吊运输重物的位移，是现代工业企业中冶金和 铸造场所提高劳动生产率的重要工具和设备。龙辉起重
2.适用范围
LDY 型起重机适用于在工作级别 A6，工作环境温度≤60℃，相对湿度≤85﹪，海拔 2000m 以下，无 腐蚀性介质环境条件下工作。
3.环境条件
（1）起重机的电源为三相交流，额定频率为 50Hz，额定电压为 380V（如电源电压、频率与此规定不 同时，应在订货时注明使用地的电源电压和频率）， 电动机和电器控制设备上允许电压波动的上限为额定电 压的+10％，下限（尖峰电流时）为额定电压的-15％。龙辉起重,起重机内部电压损失为 5％。
（2）起重机工作环境：温度≤60℃，湿度≤85%，海拔 2000m 以下，无火灾、爆炸危险、腐蚀性介质。龙辉起重
4.噪声
起重机在非密闭性厂房内， 无其它噪声干扰和起升高度不小于 5m 的情况下， 在地面上测量， 起重量 Q≤5t 时其整机噪声不大于 85 dB（A），起重量 Q≥5t 时其整机噪声不大于 90 dB（A）龙辉起重
二、 起重机的结构和性能参数
起重机的结构主要由三部分组成：桥架、冶金电动葫芦和电气系统（见图 2 及随机图）。桥架用来支承和纵向移动载荷，由金属结构和运行机构组成。金属结构包括主梁、端梁及主、端梁连接三部分。运行机构由驱动装置、传动装置、制动装置和车轮组四部分组成。冶金电动葫芦承担升降和横向移动载荷。电气系统由主回路和控制回路组成。
1.桥架
主梁由冷弯压制的Ｕ型槽钢与工字钢组焊成实腹梁或用钢板组焊成箱形梁。端梁为Ｕ型槽钢组焊成箱形结构，主、端梁之间采用螺栓加抗剪凸缘连接结构或座式结构，安装方便，便于运输储存。
2.运行机构
运行机构采用分别驱动形式（见图 1） ，驱动、制动靠锥形转子电动机来完成，其优点是能减轻因车轮歪斜跑偏造成的啃道磨损，不易出现车轮爬轨掉道故障。运行速度：地面操作一般为 20、30 m/min。一般情况下按单速制造，用户如需其它调速方式时，应在签订合同前与设计部门协商能否使用且应在订货合同中予以注明。
3.起升机构
起重机安装配备两个独立的制动装置-----制动器和安全制动器 （即双制动） 和超载限制器的冶金电动葫芦组成起升机构，可起升吊运重物，并可沿主梁横向移动。
4.电气系统
冶金电动葫芦的起升运行电动机采用起动力矩较大的锥形转子电动机，以适应起重机断续工作中频繁的直接启动。为适应超过 40℃温度环境采用绝缘等级 H 级的电机，且采用耐高温电缆。起重机的操纵通过按动按钮开关（手电门），使接触器的触点接通或切断电动机的电源。其主回路和控制回路电气元件少，线路简单，使用维护方便。在电机等电气设备外采用隔热保护措施。
5.操纵形式
（1） 地面操纵： 操作人员于地面控制手电门按钮， 控制起重机进行吊载作业。 起重机运行速度≤30m/ min。
（2）遥控操纵：操作人员手持遥控器控制起重机进行吊载作业。
注意：本产品推荐尽量采用遥控操作方式，以保护人员安全。

2. The scope 

  LDY type of crane is applicable to the working level A6,the work environment temperature,<= 60 ℃ and relative humidity <=85%, at an altitude of 2000 m below, no corrosive medium environment under the working conditions.

3. The environmental conditions
